Thanks! It's actually sold (as per LA) surprisingly at full price he said... I guess I'll see it on MLS! I can't live there because I have kids and it's a different district altogether. I think they only require u to live there 2 months but I also think that they wanted a buyer who was using them for a mortgage and I was buying cash. I guess I'll wait for others...

What kind of experiences have u guys had with buying a bank owned property through homepath? I made 2 offers n both got rejected with no counter. The agent is not really helpful at all (he didn't even know the first look period had already expired) I'm trying to find out more about this because I really want two of the properties listed but they need A LOT of work n I feel asking price is high considering. These would be rental properties. TIA Maria 😀

Hello friends! I am Maria from LI, NY 

I have been a real estate agent for the past 3 years and a landlady since 2008.  I've always been fascinated with RE and used to be in the home staging business back in the good old days but that business died. I have a degree in Business Admin. from SBU and real estate has been my dream for as far back as I can remember.  

I am currently looking to buy my 2nd investment property to rent out and get more passive income.  

How do I stop email notifications altogether? I mean I keep getting an email every time a keyword is being talked about and its getting a bit annoying lol
