Hello friends! I am Maria from LI, NY 

I have been a real estate agent for the past 3 years and a landlady since 2008.  I've always been fascinated with RE and used to be in the home staging business back in the good old days but that business died. I have a degree in Business Admin. from SBU and real estate has been my dream for as far back as I can remember.  

I am currently looking to buy my 2nd investment property to rent out and get more passive income.
