Hi @Jennifer Duke  Since you do have options on moving forward, talk to your agent. Try to get as much detail as you can about why the buyers can't perform other than they can't get money out of their account. Why? Ask to show some kind of proof of their delay. Weigh your options before you decide to do anything with these buyers since you have no other offers. It sounds like your agent wants you as a long time client by only charging you 1%, so see what he can do for you. I'm sure he's happy to help.

Congrats Brandon! What I would do is try to find a Realtor in your area that helps investors flip homes. You can ask your broker or just ask around at broker meetings. I would also listen to all of the podcasts on BP because they are amazing! And try to get dialed in to the BP webinars and books. Hope this helps!

You're smart to go with the mediation company. I knew of a case where a tenant became ill from the mold in the rental and it cost the owner way more than what you will be spending now for peace of mind.
