I was able to view the pics. Pics need to be better. They are too dark. A wide angle lens will work great to get the entire room. Sorry, I misread your question. For some reason I was thinking you were doing a "coming soon" Not sure why because you did say FSBO! ;) Anyway, you should ask your flat-fee broker to see if they can take pics and post it in the MLS for you. TBH, you will get better offers if you go with a broker rather than FSBO. Buyers looking on Zillow are looking for bargains. HOpe this helps!!

Sergio Rodriguez Hi Sergio, it sounds like you really want to get your license. Keep in mind there are per year costs associated with having your license. Plus the monthly cost or $ per transaction to hang your license with a broker. The advantage is that it's the same business of buying and selling homes. If you want your license for investment purposes only then follow Chris Mason advise. Because with the numbers that Jeff Keller stated it's tough as a newcomer to make money as a real estate agent while trying to find your owns deals. If I were you i'd try to find a mentor thats willing to put up the money when you find that great investment deal. It may not be a 50/50 split but you'll have the mentors experience on your side.

Hi Will Lee You should have the lender guarantee that they will pay the per diem fees as this will be their fault if escrow doesn't close on time. I understand you already signed but reach out to the lender anyway. They should have no problem since they already told you it will 100% close on time. Just my opinion :)
