My name is Marc and I've been wholesaling in the Tampa Bay Area for the past 2 years now. I've closed many deals and I would like to connect with other wholesalers. 

@David Battle have you found out how to get the list from your county yet? I'm in Pinellas and I pull my own from my county website. Just wondering how does hillsborough county work?

Ok I have the attorney info for both properties should I contact them?

I have 2 properties I've been watching. The first property the husband is deceased but the wife is living. The second property the owner is deceased but I've been by the family home. Both homes have auction dates set for April and May. Is it any way I may be able to purchase the home at this point? Also on the tax collector site and the assessor site the property is still in the owners name if that means anything.

@Anthony Yannucci thanks I thought they were wiped away I just wanted to make sure. And I don't know anything about hillsborough county tax auction. I'm more focused on pinellas.

@Josh Carr thanks I'm looking to only bid on homes with small city liens. If I was to bid on a home with a mortgage will I be responsible for paying it off?

Can anyone recommend a good lawyer or title company in the Tampa Bay Area who does Quiet Titles?

Thanks never thought about contacting the buyer. I did contact the buyers realtor and all she said was collect my rent cause they owe me. And that the new owner lease will start in dec. 1.
