@Brent Coombs I never tried to borrow against the property before because I know where my credit is.but I do own the property so do you think I should be able to get the loan considering its paid off ? Or have an credit partner?

I'm in a situation where I have one property that is paid off.This is my only rental I have.Im trying to start wholesaling to build my capital so I can invest into another property.Is there anyway way I can get an HELOC or refinance it so I can invest into another.By the way my credit is not so good either.Someone please help me out here

My name is Marcus McCluster I'm from Pinellas park FL..I'm currently working as a HVAC Installer and I've been studying Real Estate Investing for a few months now.And most of what I've been getting is the best way to start is wholesaling.so I've been doin some marketing trying to get leads and come up on my first deal.I have one property I rent out now I would like to add more to my portfolio and do some flipping as well.Any advice on were to start?
