Hey B.P.! I'm looking into sending out cards through direct mail? Does anyone have experience with this process?  This is my first time and I'm willing to listen to any ideas.  Thank you all!

I've heard and read that many times about Real Estate Investing about how important the deal is.  My studies have led me a long way but it seems like learning how to structure or find good deals is the next step.  Find a good deal and you'll find a buyer.  Appreciate the insight Andrew.

Thanks Ned that's great advice.  I want to be prepared for when I have a property on contract to then find a cash buyer to bring to closing. That's probably my most difficult task.

Yes I have, just looking for more innovative was to build a list.  I actually haven't heard a wholesaling podcast yet but I'll definitely check into.  Thanks again!
