Quote from @Michael Fish:

I, too, am interested in investing with their promissory note option. However, it seems extremely high risk as, to my knowledge, it is unsecured and only backed by a 'promise' to repay not any hard assets or relevant collateral.

Hi Michael,

Just to quickly address your comment here... The Norada Capital promissory notes do offer a high rate of return (interest), but I would not classify them as "high risk" because of the higher interest rates.

To correct your comment, they ARE backed by hard assets and collateral. Our fund includes a portfolio of over 15 companies that form the foundation behind the Notes. You can find more information on the website at or you can contact one of the Investment Counselors for more detailed information.

Continued success,

Quote from @Darsh Patel:

@Marco Santarelli - we are looking for turn key properties. I don’t have the bandwidth to manage the construction/renovation of a property.

We may be able to help you will everything you need. I don't know if you've reviewed our website, but we have been filling that need for 19 years now. :)  Keep in mind that we only post about 10% of available properties on the site. Quote from @Brigitte Bugayong:

Hi, I'm wanting to do my due diligence so i can choose a turnkey company. Looking at Norada and Rent to retirement to facilitate my first purchase out of state. (I live in California) But I'm pretty unclear on how to evaluate them. My artistic brain freezes up  Lol  Any suggested reading would be greatly appreciated. I've been doing the multifamily bootcamp but realized turnkey is the avenue for me

Thank you in advance

Hi @Brigitte Bugayong. Great question. Thanks for posting and considering Norada Real Estate Investments.

As you probably know by now I’m the founder and CEO of Norada Real Estate Investments. A company I started over 18 years ago that began with my personal journey investing in out of state properties over 3,000 miles away from my home in Southern California.

Long story short, I’ve had great success from the systems and relationships we’ve built over the years.

I could write a long post full of tips and suggestions but I’ll keep it simple by recommending speaking with one of our team of Investment Counselors. They can answer your questions and help point your “compass” in the right direction. Of course I’m always happy to chat and answer questions as well. I love real estate. :)

Continued success!

Hi @Tommy G. -- Sorry for the delay. I didn't see your original post.

This offering is a Regulation D, Rule 506(c) filing. I can share that filing with you via email. Private placements under Reg D do not have any required financial reporting requirements.

We can provide you with some current active investors for feedback if you don't get any replies here. :-)

Feel free to reach out to me directly with any questions.

Continued success!

Hi @Deb S.-- I completely agree with you!

Unfortunately it’s an SEC requirement to be accredited for an investment filed under Rule 506(c) — which this investment is. (So it’s their rule, not ours.)

If you know you’re close then maybe contact me directly and I can tell you what some other investors were able to do to be able to invest.

Continued Success!

Hey @Chris Yeung -- I really wish I could say "yes" but our SEC filing has a $50k minimum at this point.

Sorry, my friend!  :-\
