Hi y’all I’m an investor out of Massachusetts, has a keep growing the rehab business I come to find out any more quality control. Before hiring anyone I would like to come up with some worksheets and scope of work templates to use. Does anyone have any that they can share with me? I remember someone saying Fortune builders had some but I could not find them on the Internet. I appreciate it in advance.

I have rehabed and sold over 100 homes in the Massachusetts area, I just picked up one of the worst houses I have came by and it was infested with over 200 cats. There is not an option to knock it down and build a new one, I plan on ripping everything out but I’m not sure if the cat urine went behind plywood or anywhere else other than what I can see. Anyone have any tips or any commercial spray or anything that could help!? Do not want a lawsuit! Thanks in advance!

@Dan Dwyer it is not illegal! Some agents do not like wholesalers stealing there sales. Keep moving forward! I’m an investor out of Taunton, we should link up and network!

Hi all, I am looking for advice on finding homes that I can buy cash I'm always on the lookout for homes with overgrown grass and that need work that stick out. When I find them I can always put a postcard or knock on the door, but sometimes there is no one in the house or anything. Where can we look up to find the homeowners to that property so we can make them an offer or to have a conversation with them.

Im just getting started in real estate investing here in MA. I am primarily focused in the South Shore area(Bristol County, Plymouth County). But would love to hear from anyone and everyone in all of MA.

I would like to connect with any wholesalers in our area. If you can point us in the right direction of some wholesalers please that would be great! I will also attend local events.

Currently Seeking Buy and Hold Properties, Single Family Flips. Have Cash.

This will be part time until I get a dozen deals under my belt. I am currently a Plumbing & Heating Project Mangers/Estimator, and withhold a Master Plumbing License in MA/RI.
