What to do with cat infested Homes!

I have rehabed and sold over 100 homes in the Massachusetts area, I just picked up one of the worst houses I have came by and it was infested with over 200 cats. There is not an option to knock it down and build a new one, I plan on ripping everything out but I’m not sure if the cat urine went behind plywood or anywhere else other than what I can see. Anyone have any tips or any commercial spray or anything that could help!? Do not want a lawsuit! Thanks in advance!

@Marc M.

Rip everything down to studs. Paint all wood with Killz primer to seal it, might even need to paint underside of roof. Insulation will retain smell terribly. Run an Ozone machine. If there’s a crawl space or underneath house search for a product that kills the smell in soil as well. Bake cookies when you do the Showing. Good luck!
