Javier Gil I feel like it's a Miami issue. It's almost as if the agents don't care. I can't tell you how many listings I see with a google earth shot as their only photo.

Do I need a corporation or LLC in order to deduct my rental property expenses?

I believe the car seats for children are only deductible on state taxes unless the child is special needs.

Scott Lovitt Michael Moheng I was able to get a HELOC in Florida on an investment property. They will do 75% loan to value. I hope this helps anyone who needs it as I had a difficult time finding a lender.

Hello BP, I am looking for a a lender in Florida that will do a Home Equity Line of Credit on an investment property. I have quite a bit of equity in the property. Any advice as always is greatly appreciated.
