I have an investment property worth about 230k that I owe about 95k on. My question is what is the most cost efficient way to use the equity to put a down payment on a second investment property?

Hey everyone, I have been a member on the site for about a week and have been so busy reading the forums and listening to the podcasts that I forgot to post my introduction. I am amazed by the community and the wealth of information offered on the site. I currently own one lonely investment property and am looking to buy and hold in order to supplement my retirement one day.
