Real Estate Photographer. Where do realtors find photographers???

I have been shooting real estate for over two years. I love what I do, and I'm trying to expand my clientele base in order to build capital for my first investment. I am trying to find creative ways to reach out to realtors besides what I've already tried. I cold call, I stop by offices, and I am also on social media. Just wondering how and why you guys chose your photographers.
