in search of advice on the cleveland ohio market i am a rookie trying to dive into an affordable market been researching day in and day on certain zip codes but would love to connect with veteran investors in the ohio market to hopefully seek advice pointers or whatever do's dont's etc all comments are welcommed and thank you in advance.

Hey Manuel. I guess my first question would be what type of properties and benefits from those properties are you most interested in. That info can greatly change the areas you may want to consider.

 multifamily cashflow buy and hold.

@James Wise rookie out of state investor no properties yet but been researching Cleveland heavily because of the rental cash flow and price point my question here is I have followed your neighborhood grade system is there any updated info on zip codes I only find deals in your war zone category wondering can they still be rented to reliable renters in the D,F neighborhoods.
