Hello Bigger pockets investors Rookie here looking to snap out of the fear of investing 2021 went into two deals that fell thru have been discouraged ever since along with this crazy market and a few other things looking to hit the ground running for 2022 any veteran investors out in the ohio market looking to share some advice.
