Question if you don’t mind so I’m getting this property off market Ofcourse needs a little work but of course I’m using up all my cash so question is it’s already tenant occupied should I refi at it’s current state or save save save fix it up then pull the refi I’m sort of lost at that point.

@Jonathan Greene thank you for the info wish we can house hack but can’t being we are looking for out of state buy and hold just to get our feet wet with something affordable going conventional once ready.

100% rookie looking to invest in my first property heres my question me and my wife will be partners so is it easier for both of us to be on a loan or will it hinder us later for other loans our end goal is 20 doors.
