Question if you don’t mind so I’m getting this property off market Ofcourse needs a little work but of course I’m using up all my cash so question is it’s already tenant occupied should I refi at it’s current state or save save save fix it up then pull the refi I’m sort of lost at that point.

in the process of purchasing my first rental triplex fingers crossed so my question is how long does it take to refinance especially if im purchasing an off market property?

@Jonathan Greene thank you for the info wish we can house hack but can’t being we are looking for out of state buy and hold just to get our feet wet with something affordable going conventional once ready.
