@David Frost yes indeed David! I’ve got a couple of solid buddies right now that are educating them self selves as well and gathering up as much information as possible to execute on the first deal.

@Kurt Pauley awesome keep killing it my man! I’m very interested in doing a couple wholesales to generate more capital so I’ve been looking more into that. Would you happen to have any advice on where to start for someone new into that side of real estate. I’ve got the main concept of it but not sure how to go about it.

Awesome @Michael Van!! Thank you for your response. As far as educating myself, I've read rich dad poor dad, richest man in Babylon and currently reading BRRRR I'm also planning on attending a real estate meet up here locally!
