Hello! I'm in OC and currently getting my RE license working full-time at an e-commerce company. I'd like to do wholesaling to quit my FT job. Is Wholesaling doable in SoCal? Would like to get some tips! Thank you.

Hello, everyone! My name is Maj. I live in Southern California. I am currently studying to get my Real Estate License and become a licensed agent by January of next year. Still a newbie! I am very grateful for the knowledge I get from everyone here on Bigger Pockets!

So, I will be going on a trip to Tampa, Florida next year around July to meet a High School friend of mine and thought it was a good idea to check out some homes in their area for my first investment.

My plan is to buy a multi-family and I would appreciate any advice. I am super excited and also wanted to connect with like-minded people as well.

More power to you all!

@Justin Wotring CONGRATULATIONS!

I am also in Orange County. Did you feel it's better to invest out of state? Thinking of looking around in Cali but I'm also thinking of investing out of state. Your post gave me courage! Thank you for sharing. Would love to hear more about your experience from this!
