Hello! I'm in OC and currently getting my RE license working full-time at an e-commerce company. I'd like to do wholesaling to quit my FT job. Is Wholesaling doable in SoCal? Would like to get some tips! Thank you.
@Maj Valero anything in life is doable, it depends on how much effort you put into it. Orange County is a very difficult area to break into wholesaling. You might want to try Riverside and San Bernardino Counties to get some success. You will make way more money with your RE license probably.
Thank you for your input. I'd like to also know if it's okay to both be a wholesaler and a real estate agent? I'm planning to start my wholesale business and create an LLC but worried that it'll affect my journey as an agent. Would appreciate any advice regarding this!
