Thanks James, I am currently reading the rehab costs book and have actually turned his cost tables into a checklist to use on my inspections of the properties. I was curious what techniques current wholesalers are using as they make their rehab cost estimates.

I will be wholesaling the properties to rehabbers, so as part of my presentation to these buyers I need an accurate rehab cost to calculate the 70% ARV. I am more concerned with techniques and not prices. Thanks!

I am a new wholesaler and would like insights on estimating rehab costs as part of the property analysis. I am currently reading the book I purchased here on this subject, but would like more insights from experienced wholesalers on this piece.
