Hello all,

Will mortgage companies consider income from the rental units when qualifying you for the loan?

Hello all,

Does anyone know of investor friendly title companies serving Lawton, OK.? I would like to narrow down my search prior to calling all of them. I'm looking for the ones that will do double closings and owner financed deals. Thanks!

Hello,

I have been trying to get into the real estate investing market through bank owned properties. I am working with a real estate agent who understands what I'm trying to do. It seems every property I find that is an REO is being sold through auctions similar to the HUD program. I found 3 last week listed on the Chase website that was already turned over to an aution site. My question is, is this process being found by others in your areas? The bidding at autions doesn't allow any escape clauses in the contract at all and requires a proof of funds letter from your bank. Any advice?

Thanks for the info Jonathan,

As a wholesaler, where would the escape be since I would have to close the A deal first. Thanks again!

I am new to wholesaling. I just read a thread reference assigning a purchase contract from a REO. Am I correct that the only legal way to do an assignment is via a double closing? Thanks!

Can someone steer me in the direction of a good, simple assignment agreement?
