I’m thinking of using fund and grow to fund a deal in Newark NJ, (Greater NYC Area). Did anyone here use it before?

Would you recommend it?

We’re able to successfully refinance the property?

@Maimouna Sow

Or should I just use that line for just the fridge and cover/seal the added outlet.

As in, if I only use that fridge on the new outlet. Would that be safe enough? I’ve been assuming that the only safe option is the leave the fridge where it was originally. It seems like when it was built they would have used a designated a circuit for the fridge?

Thought?

Hey guys. So I’m a rookie.

I m currently house hacking a 2 bedroom. And I slept in the living room.

I decided to add another room, by dividing my very large kitchen.

So I had to move my fridge to new location, which means plugging it to a different outlet than the one designed to be plugged in to.

And to add more issues for my self. The contractor suggested to give me a new outlet by piggy backing off of another outlet (the same outlet i am now going to plug the fridge into.)

So now, I have 2 outlets coming from presumably the same line, supporting regular household items like a pc, and phone, and a lamp. As well as the fridge.

What should I do?

Should use an extension cord to plug the fluegelhorn into the old outlet it was supposed to be plugged into (heavy duty)

Or should I just call an electrician and have them run a new line. How much do u think that would cost. I think my panel is already over buffed.

Hey, The City of Albany NY sells properties for the low low.

You should look up “Land Bank” of Albany.

I just my first house .

I closed in Nov.

Should I look into buying a new one, or should I wait at least a year.

I was either thinking of getting a brrr vehicle, or vacation home.

But I don’t have a lot saved, so I was gonna look for a place upstate, something long distance, maybe 3-5 hours away.

Or should I just wait for a year or maybe two years to rack up some cash and get something local.

I could also use the money I have now to start a small business like a vending mashing route or start a small business back home in west Africa. Or even use the money to develop a mobile home site in west Africa. Developing in west Africa is cheaper in the long run but needs more upfront cost, as mortgages are not common out there.

The vending machine business will keep me out of trouble for a year but it won’t make much profit.

I feel like I have too many choices.

Any ideas/advice?
