Should I buy or should I cool off

I just my first house .

I closed in Nov.

Should I look into buying a new one, or should I wait at least a year.

I was either thinking of getting a brrr vehicle, or vacation home.

But I don’t have a lot saved, so I was gonna look for a place upstate, something long distance, maybe 3-5 hours away.

Or should I just wait for a year or maybe two years to rack up some cash and get something local.

I could also use the money I have now to start a small business like a vending mashing route or start a small business back home in west Africa. Or even use the money to develop a mobile home site in west Africa. Developing in west Africa is cheaper in the long run but needs more upfront cost, as mortgages are not common out there.

The vending machine business will keep me out of trouble for a year but it won’t make much profit.

I feel like I have too many choices.

Any ideas/advice?
