Hey @Clarence Ng - happy to chat! I’m a Realtor and construction project manager in the LA area. Mostly helping investors with development projects and ADUs. @Shiva Bhaskar and I work on some apartment projects in LA too! 

Lots of folks hire owner’s reps on projects. You may want to google that too. What’s the project you’re working on?

@Liam Mullins that's awesome! I also have rentals out of state and am bringing my focus more local now, with the ADU and also house hacking. It's been fun helping more people house hack in CA too since I'm a realtor and can actually walk people through it. Would love to hear more about your RE projects.

Hi @Kareena Sharma! Thanks :) Shortly after this post I proceeded to have tons of problems with my property manager and construction. Luckily it's resolved now but sheesh, put me through the wringer!

I live in SoCal, these investments are all out of state in the same city. I have since started investing locally as well, and got my license here in CA to work with investors and house hackers. 

I personally visited in order to learn the market, and meet the folks who would be part of my team. I have not personally visited all the properties, but the realtor, PM, inspector, contractor have before I buy.
