@Mark Pedroza No it's not in the probate process court says. Still he owes on it so I guess it isnt a good deal. Too bad it's a nice house, well kept , nice area with pools, lakes, clubhouse, etc....

@Mark Pedroza no it's not in a probate process whatsoever. I did find out he owes a mortgage on it also so I might need to let it go. It's a large amount.

@Theresa Harris son just contacted me and that is what's going on. So now I guess it's in the probate process. Not sure what that is though.

Okay here is my situation. There's this big house, beautiful area, nothing is owned, clear title. The owner died a year ago, son doesnt want it. House is sitting there, curtains, blinds still up. I'm trying to reach the son. I called no response, I will keep calling, I skiptrace all their family so today I will mail out cards regarding my interest. What else can I do besides contact tax assessors office for more information? Near this home found 7 others their all on or some near the lake. Went driving for dollars. Why does the deal machine app not work?

I really dont understand. Yesterday I went to a beautiful resort area found 8 large homes in a beautiful area with pools/ lake etc. One the owner died year ago, son doesnt want it because it belonged to dad. Large home...after driving for dollars I tried this deal machine app. Nothing is working....why?
