@Peter Walther I'm sorry I spoke to my friend and he doesn't want me giving his address out. Sorry it seems hes afraid of realestate investors. I guess afraid they are gonna take the property. Thank you for offering your help though. I appreciate it.

@Peter Walther I can call or email you with it.

@Peter Walther yes that would be awesome. I can give you the address but not here and also make sure I can give it out. Thank you

@Dustin L. Jones Yes correct I would of done my homework for sure. I ask him and I dont think he did until it was too late. Due diligence is a must in this business.

@Matthew Wilson Sorry this is what he told me. I believe it was a Prothonatary Auction he got it from.

@Steve Smith Yes I fully agree with you. 100%

@Peter Walther good idea. I will let him know. He has the deed in his name but I will let him know.

@Jaquetta Turner the agent, and the agency. They purposely knew they were at the wrong.

@Peter Walther it's in Pa. Nice area. Worth $190.000 he said. Nice house, everything brand new. I would fight for it

@Steve Smith I do agree I told him that I would of been all over that situation, taking care of the realestate office, agent, squatters, call news channel in, get a attorney.
