I'm from Miami and have been successfully flipping houses in Chicago and Ohio. it's time to expand and I'd like to get connected with locals to learn more about Philly.

In your opinion, which areas are the best to flip houses?

I always JV with GCs and work a lot with serious wholesalers who have good opportunities to present.

I've been able to find great deals and flip houses in Ohio and Chicago. Now it's time to get connected with like minded people in Philly. Can some advise on how is the market over there to buy houses?

Can you please suggest the best areas to look for great opportunities to fix and flip? If someone has a great GC, I would really appreciate if I could have his/her contact info as well :)

I'm from Florida, looking for better markets to invest in fix and flip.

I'm flying to Chicago tomorrow to visit a few properties in Rockford and would love to meet investors and brokers in the area. Any inputs will be also much appreciated.

My partner and I are from Miami, FL and would like to start investing in Denver, as she is moving there.

Any inputs about the best areas to fix and flip would be greatly appreciated. Also, if any realtor can help her out finding an apartment to rent for the year, it would be also great. She is a realtor here and will get her license there as soon as possible as well.
