Flipping houses in Philadelphia

Hello BP friends,

I'm from Miami and have been successfully flipping houses in Chicago and Ohio. it's time to expand and I'd like to get connected with locals to learn more about Philly.

In your opinion, which areas are the best to flip houses?

I always JV with GCs and work a lot with serious wholesalers who have good opportunities to present.

@Sheryl Sitman @Kunal Mishra @Sahleem Lee I am looking to get into flipping in Philadelphia as well. I am doing researching on financing options. Would you guys recommend any certain financing options to begin my first flip? I do not have the liquid assets to flip so I am looking for any and all advice / recommendations.
