Investing in Denver

Hello all,

My partner and I are from Miami, FL and would like to start investing in Denver, as she is moving there.

Any inputs about the best areas to fix and flip would be greatly appreciated. Also, if any realtor can help her out finding an apartment to rent for the year, it would be also great. She is a realtor here and will get her license there as soon as possible as well.
