Hi Latoya - there are a number of investors in the area who are doing good things and having success. What are your goals as far as REI guess? Strategies? Areas?

Give a bit more detail and I'll let you know if anyone comes to mind, and others will chime in on BP.

John, I agree. I've used it for the initial contracts with buyers and sellers. Attorneys handle the rest and get the final paperwork signed with these issues to get it closed.

@Emily Hipp I have been working with Amber at Southern Dreams Realty. I have been very happy with her and her team so far regarding timeliness, responsiveness, and all around great attitude.  I would definitely recommend them at this point for an initial call to see what you think.

@Ronald Perich I've been looking to do the same. I use Podio and have rental/tenant buyer leads that are directed into my workspace. I would love to have a "CLICK HERE TO APPLY" type of action for them to be able to fill out an application.  Is this integrated within Podio, or a link directing them elsewhere? Ideally, I would like it to be contained within Podio so that when an application is completed, it is directed back into Podio for review.  Thanks for the information! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yes. I still like Podio the best for two reasons.

1.) The versatility and expansion capabilities are present that can support you as your business grows and changes.

2.) The support is pretty awesome. Facebook groups, Podio workspaces, Globiflow workspaces, etc. The information is there to set up a system that meets your requirements.

Mark to be honest, I don't recall the cost for Zoho. Podio at the moment you can sign up for a free account but if you intend to build it out to utilize the advanced workflow features such as Globiflow, you'll need to have an account with at least 5 paid users ($120/month). I did hear recently they may be lifting this minimum 5 user requirement though.
