Hello All!

I am in the midst of working through my first deal. I have identified a seller who is willing to lease option their house to me. can I go to the sellers home and get the lease and option agreements signed? Do these documents need to be notarized in Pennsylvania at the time of signing? If so, how do I do this?

Thank you,

Luke

Hi All,

New investor here trying to learn about control without ownership of properties. I am looking into finding FSBO leads from a few websites, but some request you send the owner an email as opposed to giving their phone number. What would you include in a short description to the seller in order to get them to respond?

Thanks!!!

Luke
