Hi Craig, I'm in the Columbia area as well. I'd love to connect and support getting a BP Columbia group together.

Ben - Loved your interview with Brandon on the book. 👍

Eric - Thank you for your service first off. None of us would be here doing what we love without the men and women who fight for this country at every moment. God Bless.

In addition, I'm learning a lot about how to automate my business at the moment and certainly do not claim to have the knowledge that many do here on BP.  However, I have learned some things that have helped me add people around me and would be happy to share my experience.  To start, please provide some additional detail:

- Describe what type of investing you do

- Describe the steps in your current process of lead generation through closing deals

 - Include any current members of your team and their roles

- Also, when do you deploy? Your automation plan will need to be based off of your schedule.

Regards,

Luke

I am looking for a RE Broker who is interested in becoming a part of our Columbia, SC Investment company. You would be a partner in the company and involved in the deals that we have under contract and would like to market. Please let me know of anyone who may be interested. Thanks!

@Erik Creagh Welcome to BP! This is a great place to network with RE minds. I can't recommend the free resources on this site enough. The BP Beginner's Guide is an excellent way to spark some ideas for your type of investment strategy. Definitely check it out and use its application to the types of properties in your area. Look for opportunities to get involved locally and use BP as a resource to network as well.

Regards,

Luke

Hi Rashad,

To me, Realtors are very knowledgeable about the market you're in. They're good for market analysis, local contacts, lenders, etc. They also have access to the MLS which if you are able to provide them value, ask if you can use them as an MLS resource.

More generally, I think realtors are good for buying some types of properties, and selling homes that you need to have on the MLS for exposure. They also work with a lot of cash buyers and can help find ways to sell houses to thee buyers (if you're willing to compensate them). The deal structuring and finding a way to utilize them in this capacity is our job to make it work.

Just my two cents!

Luke

Chris - Do you have a recommended site to post to the MLS?
