Hello,

There is a lot of information regarding lease optioning a property from a seller, but I find myself having many questions that remain unanswered. Is there a mentor-like walk through of a deal either in these forums or any kind of media that covers the hidden details about things such as: filling out agreements, what to get signed, when to get an attorney involved, etc.  

I think this would benefit me, as a new investor, tremendously in seeing a deal from start to finish.
