Do I Need My Lease Option Agreement Paperwork Notarized When Buying?

Hello All!

I am in the midst of working through my first deal. I have identified a seller who is willing to lease option their house to me. can I go to the sellers home and get the lease and option agreements signed? Do these documents need to be notarized in Pennsylvania at the time of signing? If so, how do I do this?

Thank you,

Luke
