Hi @Kumar Suppiah

I love the post. Let’s connect here in Singapore soon. I can introduce you to a couple teams I’ve met that are looking for partners like you.

We have a little meetup here. The last one of the year is on the 22nd at Brewerkz Riverside.

Shoot me a WhatsApp  and let’s go from there.

Just adding that I'm also interested. I have many contacts here in Singapore running into this same issue.

I've made contact with someone out of Florida that may have a solution. He's trying to tie it up as an "easy button" for foreign investors. I have a follow up meeting with him later this week and will report back what I know.

Just curious, @Richard J Reid what kind of flat fee do you pay for the set up of a US LLC, US bank account, and to have your taxes filed? Is there a single point of contact for you? If there were a single point of contact, would you find that valuable?

Thank you, Luke

I'd be interested to meet a lender as well. Asking for a few friends.

@Thomas Greer, Just picking up on the key word “Singapore”. We started a monthly meetup a few months before Covid. If you have any contacts that are still here and interested to collaborate, please put them in touch with me. We meet the third Thursday in Rob Quay. It would be interesting to learn more about your land deals as well.

Thanks!

Luke

@Greg Dickerson - Great point and thank you for calling this out. I'm referring to properties with loan requirements well above $1m. No personal guarantees required. Regardless, my  partner and I have a very strong balance sheet. Thanks!

Hi,

Over the past couple years, I have gained experience by doing a few single family/duplex deals and a small commercial deal in the South East.

I lack experience and relationships in the commercial space but I do have capital. I'm eager to go bigger on the next deal with a GP position. I'm currently looking for a partner with experience in the multi-family space who needs a capital partner.

If you're keen to network, please reach out.

Thanks!

Luke
