Wanted: Experienced Partner in Multi-family

Hi,

Over the past couple years, I have gained experience by doing a few single family/duplex deals and a small commercial deal in the South East.

I lack experience and relationships in the commercial space but I do have capital. I'm eager to go bigger on the next deal with a GP position. I'm currently looking for a partner with experience in the multi-family space who needs a capital partner.

If you're keen to network, please reach out.

Thanks!

Luke

@Greg Dickerson - Great point and thank you for calling this out. I'm referring to properties with loan requirements well above $1m. No personal guarantees required. Regardless, my  partner and I have a very strong balance sheet. Thanks!

Non-recourse loans still require a personal guarantee from someone with a net worth equal to the loan.
