You mean 3rd party managing for other folks? I’m sure there’s a forum for that.

Lots of PMs hang out on this one like @Collin Hays and @Leslie Anne Morris and @Dave Stokley

If you’re talking about managing your own property those folks are here also!

How can we help?

Any insights into SB584 that places 15% tax on STRs but exempts hotels to fund housing situation? It seems bone crushing high for guests. If you were a new investor in CA market, this tax will lower your occupancy rates while hurting cash returns. Cash returns are already super tricky to attain with todays real estate prices and interest rates. How worried are current STR owners about this bill?

This isn’t surprising, but it’s also why I would never invest in a state like California. Stuff like this will always pass too.

assuming VRBO is not connected? cause that would change the answer.

In some cases the calendar is not fixable and you have to contact GFH to do some magic reset that only they can do.

Also could try switching from connected/everything to connected/the other one and setting your availability directly on abb. If that option is no longer available on GFH.

It's been a couple years since I used GFH so it's hard when it's not right in front of me.

Here's what I do know. You'll end up getting it fixed. You may not even know how you fixed it. But you'll get it fixed. Probably before you even read this :)
