What part of town are your properties located?  I'm having a hell of a time finding anything worthwhile. 

Stay away from Fairmount!  Stay away from anything south of dellwood park!  Fairmount is a complete war zone.  Just Google Street view through the neighborhood and you'll see why.

Good deals around Joliet have been going surprisingly fast as of late and prices are a lot higher then they were just a few months back... at least from my perspective.

I'd paint them white and call it a day. 

Though I don't post a lot, I do read, research and lurk on the forums for hours a week. As others have stated, even with my 20/20 vision I find the text very hard to read and bothering. Furthermore I dislike how I am only able to see one post at a time being as so much space has been taken away; before you'd be able to see 2-3 replies without having to scroll down, now I feel like I just keep tapping my down key on my Chromebook. Along with the reply bar on the bottom I hate how I have to do more l clicking to navigate such as having to click on the 3 circles to the right to quote someone.

I will continue to use this forum because the info is invaluable and I applaud all of those who keep this  site running but I am not too please about these recent changes and may cut back time spent here.

Small world, the guy who bought it works out at my gym, I was just talking to him yesterday about it. The rehab looked great and I love the materials chosen.
