@Michael Finkelshteyn Hey Michael, the wholesaler should sign an amendment with the seller, changing the closing date, and should have you subsequently sign that same amendment as the end buyer. I'll e-mail you a copy of the form you need...

@Aja Rogers Welcome to BP, Aja! We have quite an active community here in Houston.

If you do decide to pursue your license, I'd recommend Champions School of Real Estate's online program. If you have your college degree, you'll only need to complete five courses to satisfy the education requirements for your license.

@Hector Perez Hey Hector, this seems like a decent deal for a cash investor looking to expand their rental portfolio. Would typically expect a higher return in an area like La Porte that's not quite as desirable as some others.
