Paul Sedillo I am indeed! I did not attend today's general meeting as I was putting a primary residence under contract (one huge goal accomplished!) but several of our agents are always present. We work with quite a few investors that are RICH members and our office is actually located right behind the RICH headquarters on Portwest Drive.

Jon Holdman Hey Jon, as an agent I've sold over 50 distressed single-family homes year-to-date all over the city of Houston and surrounding areas.

As an investor, I have an investment group that is in the asset accumulation stage of growth. I plan to purchase my first primary residence during Q1 2013 and my first investment property by the end of 2013. I am most intrigued by the buy / fix / owner-finance investment strategy as I have seen it work first hand for several of my investors.

I'm definitely interested in pursuing long-term passive income and wealth accumulation as a means to set myself financially free!
