@Ahmad Austin welcome to BP. As mentioned before the buyers will come to you if you find the best deals. If you want to feel some security in having people you can reach out to immediately after finding a deal I suggest attending a local REIA club meeting if there is one near you or a Sheriffs auction of local homes. You can usually find people there that are looking to invest in some properties.

This is actually my second introductory post but I feel I could have done a better job.

Particularly new to investing I am looking to network here on Biggerpockets to hopefully find a mentor or colleagues to bounce deals and scenarios off of. 

Finding deals deals and leads would be great but I guess my main reason for being here is to gain knowledge and guidance from people actually involved in real estate. 

Also, does any know how I can mention somebody in in a reply on this site? I can't seem to figure it out without quoting them. 

 Would like to know as well
