Greetings Bigger Pocket community. I’m a real estate investor in Youngstown, Ohio looking to network with some local figures in the market. My interest currently are fix and flips, as well as buy and hold opportunities. Would love to connect with someone familiar with the local market

Looking for a mentor in the Northeast Ohio area. Willing to work with for the opportunity of hands on experience. Located in Youngstown if possible but willing to travel 

Besides checking county records to build a buyers list, are there any other tips you guys use to build up a buyers list to set up whole selling deals?

My dream has always been to get involved in real estate. My first plan of action is the tried and true method of getting a duplex/tri/quad property that I can live in and rent out the others. I plan on using a FHA loan but are they giving under the same guidelines as mortgages?
