Have you posted the property in the BP Market Place?

My first recommendation is to look at the possible capital expenses you might take on and the rental agreements. One of the books I started reading a book named "What Every Real Estate Investor Needs To Know About Cash Flow and 36 Other Key Financial Measures" and it has some good recommendations on what to look at. I strongly recommend it.

@DeVante Hill I loved your intro and the passion behind it. I think you're in the right place. Within a year I went from learning about Real Estate investing to buying my first rental and getting my Realtor's license. I wish you the best in your endeavor.

I like Bob's idea. 

I do go normally to these meetups. It's not a bad place to start. I have madd some friends there and come in to contact with some old friends as well.
