i normally attend the meetups. It's a good way to network and learn from other senior investors. 

First off congrats on the first investment property. I have a property manager for mine and I like her. My biggest concern for you is to make sure your property manager is licensed. Legally they must be a licensed broker.

Thank you all for the input. I was if that home would make a good flip. The numbers look good but many people have turned away from it because of the water issues. 

I wanted to ask on what I should do if a home has well water with a high level of bacteria and arsenic. Would a reverse osmosis take care of this or is more needed? Thank you for any help.

Thank you for the advice Grant. My brother is involved with several mortgage/financial pros. I should talk to them. I will look in to it next time I talk with brother.
