Ready to start Investing in Real Estate in the Atlanta Georgia area (Henry County, Dekalb County, Cobb County, Clayton County) and looking for an REI friendly Realtor to help find properties, make offers and connect me with buyers. Also, an Investor friendly Title Company that can do assignments and Double closings with an Investor friendly Lawyer in which they associate.

Welcome Billy, Much like you I'm new to Rei, hope you have much success.

Wanted to know what do I say to the seller when I call them? Should I look up comps in the area before I approach the sellers?   I've read many of the fsbo posts, but I haven't found a post that solves my problem. I want to get a grasp on wholesaling, is finding fsbo's a good way to find deals until I can build up cash for direct mailing and buying bandit signs. Need some feedback, so I can move forward with taking action. Thanks for your help.

Being that I'm new, I was wondering if anyone has connected with Mike Hepburn for REI Mentoring. Just saw a topic about mentoring for a limited number of beginners and I wondered if anyone could give me some feedback on the mentoring program and the success of it. My name is Lonnie and I live in Rogers, AR, the region that is made famous by Wal Mart. There are about 400,000 people in an 80 mile radius with a lot of new construction, farming land, and vacant lots in subdivisions. I need help figuring out how to get the wholesaling and assigning strategies up and running proficiently. This will enable me to focus on my goal of acquiring buy and hold properties to build a consistent recurring income. Also, I need to learn how to use others people's money in order to make the funding happen.
