New to Bigger Pockets and REI and I live in NorthWest Arkansas

My name is Lonnie and I live in Rogers, AR, the region that is made famous by Wal Mart. There are about 400,000 people in an 80 mile radius with a lot of new construction, farming land, and vacant lots in subdivisions. I need help figuring out how to get the wholesaling and assigning strategies up and running proficiently. This will enable me to focus on my goal of acquiring buy and hold properties to build a consistent recurring income. Also, I need to learn how to use others people's money in order to make the funding happen.

Just be persistent with your marketing and as you bring people deals your network and credibility will grow. As this process gains momentum your opportunities for private financing will be there.
