Hey there Jim,

You might want to check the rehab forum and ask your questions there. That forum is built for the knowledge of acquiring properties and then flipping properties. In there you will find all your questions answered as far as what not to do and what to do. Thanks for your time and please feel free to browse all you want, have a wonderful biggerpockets day!

Hey there everyone I was just going to make a suggestion to the board and I wanted some feed back. How would you like it if we had spell check cause in my personal opinion I would love it. Thanks for your time and I await your feed back.

Well Day to me it seems as if your headed in the right direction but your only looking for confirmation! I would say to ask investors around your local area so as they would have better input as to where to invest your time and money. But like I said before you seem like you all ready know what it is you want to do but you are only looking for the *Okay* so to speak. Thank you for your time and have a nice day!

Well I would have to agree with All Cash, I dont understand the question your looking to be answered. But if your asking what to do with it I would say educate yourself with every angle that could make you money. And when your finish with that write down *all* the possible pros and cons that pertain to each different investment. when that is done whichever is the most beneficial one for your pocket book choose that one (only my opinon I would wait for more feed back). Also I would agree with **********:

Thank you for your time and have a nice biggerpockets day!!
