Hi all,

i am in Houston, TX and i am so interested in the real estate business...specially flipping.
i've been reading a lot in this forum but i got overwhelmed.
i found a website where wholesalers post houses for sale ....but my main problem is how to get the money to start?
I've been for 3 years only in the states and my credit is not that good yet to get a loan, so should i go with the hard money??
i can feel how good this business is and i want to start by early 2008.
Any advice?
Thanks all
