Hey there Chaz,

It's nice to see that you are motivated and you are planning to meet all of your goals. I believe that with the proper guidance and knowledge you will be able to meet those goals no problem. This is the perfect place to develope properly to achieve those goals and ambitions. My saying is this "if I learned one thing today then it was a productive day" and it may come from any source. Hi everyone,

Now from my personal experience i use a local appraiser due to the fact that one of my business partners has a close realtionship with him. Now as to how i would pick an appraiser, lets see i would pick whichever one shows me the best customer service and that how i would do it!

Hey there Tonys,

You make a very good point in the fact that it is what it is, but when you look at it that was wrong. And I think she should persue the situation due to the fact of GP (General Principal), cause in the long run if she does not do it think of what will happen. This thing is just going to keep happening to more and more people as we speak and where is the justice in that. Hey there Hondal,

Now just to let you know typically the seller pays out both the buyers and sellers agents commission. Now in most cases the commission is all ready built into the asking price but being that it is the bank they take what they can get. Now what you can find out is if the bank will help pay for closing costs, because in most cases they don't lend too much help with closing.
