To be honest I haven't thought about that but now that you mention it I know I should get it now due to the fact that I am at prime age! The younger you are the cheaper it is espically if you dont smoke or drink. Well that would be nice to know what options I have and what company would be best for me and my family! Thank you all for your input.

I would have to agree with Josh right now is not the time for the "Homeowner" to be purchasing their home they wish to live in. But soon enough the market will correct itself an reach a state of euilibrium so that hardworking citizens may start to purchase again. But I would say to hold tight and start investing if your an investor and if not think about renting right now. And if you look at CA and their trend even rentals are becoming to much to afford. Well thanks for your time and have a wonderful day!!

Well In my personal experience I would find properties for my investors via search engines! Or my favorite checking the MLS daily pertaining to the area by price. Meaning that there would be probate sales, Short Sales, or good old Bank Owned properties for good prices listed daily! The thing is the reason you dont see it is cause a lot of agents do the same thing I do and make an offer through their investors that are waiting for the next deal. So typically I would have them make a higher offer with more down payment so that we capture the listing. Well I dope this helps thank you for your time and have a nice biggerpockets day!!
